About the Role
Are you passionate about fresh food and great coffee? We're seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two high performing service stations in Griffith, NSW - one a classic convenience store, the other featuring a thriving food and coffee offer. If you love creating memorable food experiences and inspiring teams, this is your chance to make your mark!
What You'll Do
Champion exceptional customer experiences, whether it's on the foreceourt or in the shop
Drive the success of our food and coffee offering, making sure every customer enjoys fresh, top-quality choices whenever they visit
Lead and motivate teams across both sites, building a culture centred on food excellence and outstanding service
Drive Sales and profitability, with a commercial mindset and a passion for food retail
Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation, and customer experience
Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional food and coffee everyday
Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring both sites run smoothly and safely to meet the demands of 7-day trading
What we're looking for
Proven experience in food retail, convenience, grocery or multi-site management
A genuine passion for food, coffee and customer service
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
